Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Health Care System Statement of Work (SOW) ASTM307 Bolt Replacement Survey GENERAL: This project is to survey and identify locations of ASTM 307 bolts and develop a replacement plan to replace the bolts with the required ASTM A193 at the OKC VA HCS at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The contractor is fully responsible for verifying and validating all information contained within this statement of work. Contractor must fully evaluate the condition of the existing structures and verify the current condition of the project site. All measurements/quantities provided in this document are approximate and are to be used for reference only.
