This solicitation replaces the previously cancelled notice 1240BD26Q0003. Upon review of the market and initial offers, the Government has determined that HDPE modular structures are a technically acceptable and highly advantageous alternative to metal-frame construction. To ensure maximum practicable competition and provide all capable vendors�including those whose previous offers did not meet the original metal-only specification�an opportunity to bid on this revised requirement, the Government is re-soliciting this project.
