The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, intends to issue a sole?source, non?commercial services solicitation to Northrop Grumman to support the 402nd Software Engineering Group (SWEG). This requirement will establish organic initial operating capability (IOC) for the F?35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) AN/APG?81 Radar Operational Flight Program (OFP) and AN/AAQ?37 Distributed Aperture System (DAS) OFP. The contractor will provide program management, engineering services, and execution of required data access and licensing agreements.
