To publicly present the results of the Great Lakes modeling framework and utilize them in the Great Lakes Coastal Resiliency Study (GLRCS), USACE must subject the model development and findings to technical peer review for the following Expert Panelist. **********W912P626QA016 - GLCRS Expert Panelist ? David Fay. Mr. Fay is uniquely qualified to this requirement. a Great Lakes coastal modeling expert, who has the requisite subject-matter expertise to perform a critical portion of the required additional work. Mr. Fay has performed modeling to inform water resources planning and management, hydrologic modeling and forecasting, and mitigation and adaptation under extreme weather conditions.
