About this opportunity
The 409th Contracting Command intends to issue a solicitation to provide Laser Cut Steel Parts and equipment to USAG Bavaria-Vilseck. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial items procedures IAW FAR parts 12. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), type contract. This requirement will utilize Low Priced Technically Acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB Destination will be Vilseck, Germany. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT A QUOTE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from SAM.
