Notice of Intent � PTAG 6.1.1 Sole Source The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Office of the Under Secretary (OUS), intends to negotiate and award a sole?source contract for the design, fabrication, rental (Alexandria, VA), installation, maintenance, and optional purchase of an exhibit for the Freedom 250. The primary exhibit will occupy approximately 2,400 square feet within the USPTO Alexandria, Virginia building. This requirement will be procured using the Alternative Competition Method in accordance with the Patent and Trademark Office Acquisition Guidelines (PTAG) and under the Patent and Trademark Office Efficiency Act, 35 U.S.C. 2(b)(4)(A).
