The U.S. Government is seeking professional space for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Government requires a full-service lease for: A minimum of 3,600 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 3,810 (RSF) of professional office space. Lease term not to exceed five (5) years total with Government termination rights Located within a defined delineated area in Sacramento, CA: North: Elkhorn Blvd East: Rio Linda Blvd to Marysville Blvd to Bell Ave to Raley Blvd South: Interstate 80 West: Interstate 5 Designated, secured, on-site parking for up to fourteen (14) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
