Pursuant to FAR 12.202(b), this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for a $9M firm-fixed priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for laboratory requirements for the customers of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Atlantic Division, Savannah District, under NAICS Code 541380, testing laboratories. This acquisition is being offered as a 30% partial set-aside for small business competition, under NAICS 562910, and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement.
