This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of 4 (Four) Air Curtain Food Refrigerators (see Salient Characteristics B.4) for the Portland VAMC as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ).
