Response: This amendment adds to subfactor 1 of evaluation factor 1 the requirement that the offeror shall include the qualifications and product warranty terms (warranty letter is preferred) of the Resinous Coating System Installer as part of the subcontractor plan to be included in the offeror s proposal.
