General: This is a non-personal services contract to provide Program Analysis, Administrative Support Services, and Logistic Support to Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVSURFPAC) Inspector General. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
