DESCRIPTION WORDING FOR RENEWAL SOLICITATION The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 2,400 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space located within a � mile radius of 7522 Connelley Drive, Hanover, Maryland 21076. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately seven (7) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
