THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) intends to issue a firm-fixed-price, sole-source purchase order to HVF Precious Metals (CAGE Code: 49057). This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the procedures established by the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. The basis for this sole-source determination aligns with the rationale of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
