See attached Performance Work Statement and Request for Information. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision, to manage and perform all operations for the collection and off-post disposal of solid waste generated at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD), Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania. Performance shall be according to the terms, conditions, specifications and standards contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the contractor shall comply with all laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the collection, transportation and disposal of refuse and shall obtain such permits, licenses or other authorizations as may be required. The contractor shall be bound by any and all laws which bind TYAD.
