The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Upstate Service District, intends to procure construction services for the build-out of the 1st Floor at the Binghamton Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, located at 15 Henry Street, Binghamton, New York 13901. Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, 2026. This project involves the furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to complete the work described in the contract documents, including drawings and specifications developed by N.K. Bhandari Architecture & Engineering, P.C. The total renovated space is approximately 3,015 Sq. Ft. and will be constructed as a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
