PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Wireless Services in Italy This is a pre-solicitation notice in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 5.101 and is not a request for proposals. This notice does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment by the Government. No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and all information is subject to modification and is in no way binding on the Government. 1. Description of the Requirement The United States Government is seeking qualified sources to provide wireless services to end-user units who are located in Italy.
