About this opportunity
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Gardening services at residences. The Government is conducting this acquisition using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. The U.S. Government intends to award a Stand Alone (C) Firm Fixed Price contract with the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer with a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation. The Government may award a contract based on initial quotations without holding discussions; however, we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if necessary.
