ZABLOCKI VA MEDICAL CENTER IN MILWAUKEE, WI SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all parts necessary for the annual or quad-annual preventative maintenance (PM) of the General Electric E-SC(Ai)O(V)(X) Physiologic Monitor Modules. No PM service is required. Base year contract will be from 5/1/2026-4/30/2027 with an option to extend four (4) additional years.
