NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office Central (RPOC), Network Contracting Office 10 (NCO 10), intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12 to OR Elder, a SDVOSB, located at 1270 Broadway, Suite 401, New York, NY 10001 The LTC Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center requires a three (3) Unity Vitrectomy machines. The period of performance will be delivery (within 90 days ARO). It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement.
