***THIS RFI IS FOR 8(a)s ONLY*** EOS provides essential training to over 9,000 students annually through more than 80 in-residentcourses. To support this high-tempo training mission, the EOS utilizes on-site student housing facilities, including 96 dormitory rooms supported by common areas, restrooms with showers, laundry rooms, classrooms, and administrative spaces. The health and readiness of these students are paramount; therefore, consistent and thorough custodial services are required to maintain a safe and sanitary environment conducive to learning and mission preparedness.
