About this opportunity
This pre-solicitation notice is for the procurement of Real Estate/Real Property Professional Services in support of the US Army Reserves, 99TH Readiness Division, Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Ft. Dix, MDL, NJ This solicitation will be for 100% 8(a) Competitive Set-aside. This award will be a single defintive firm fixed price contract. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, materials, transportation, tools, supervision, and other items and non-personal services to provide the Real Estate/Real Property Professional Services in accordance with (IAW) the tasks as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
