This solicitation is for a mandatory source procurement pursuant to the Javits-Wagner-O?Day Act (41 U.S.C. 8501-8506) and Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Supbart 8.2 Acquisition From AbilityOne Participating Nonprofit Agencies. Proposals from s other than the AbilityOne participating nonprofit agency will not be evaluated. The Department of War (DoW) requires efficient and effective contract management support for contract closeout services.
