Amendment 0003: The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to: (1) update Attachment C1 with revised Minimum Labor Rates; and (2) correct General and Operations Managers (Program Manager), Journeyman (KEY) labor hours and add General and Operations Managers (Project Manager), Journeyman labor category as shown in Question 26 in Attachment Q3. In addition, this Amendment updates Attachment L2 Government Labor Hours to reflect revised labor hours for General and Operations Managers (Project Manager-Intermediate) and General and Operations Managers (Program Manager-Intermediate).
