Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for supply and installation of Second Skin above PUF Panels. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section�J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in para 4 below. Prospective offerors wishing to participate in the site visit scheduled for March 27, 2026, at 1100 hours at the U.S. Embassy (Gate �C�, Chandragupt Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi � 110021) must send their confirmation to Xrajender@state.gov no later than 1200 hours on March 25, 2026, as those who do not attend the site visit will not be considered for the solicitation process.
