The Smokey Bear Ranger District on the Lincoln National Forest requires a service contract to conduct a Facilities Condition Assessment. A Facility Assessment and Condition Survey would need to be completed to determine actual treatments or restoration that need to occur. The assessment would also cover infrastructure condition, system condition, code deficiencies, and functional effectiveness.
