This new requirment is for the annual testing of 93 backflow assemblies at the VA Southern Oregon Rehab Center and Clinics in White City, Oregon. Responders should pay attention to the attached Statement of Work, provide proof of state-approval and currently certified as a Backflow Assembly Tester (BAT), need to provide their SAM Unique Entitly ID#, and describe their technical solution to meeting the requirement.
