This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36.2, Brooks Act. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the services described herein.1. PROJECT DESCRIPTIONThe Contractor shall provide all necessary professional engineering services to conduct a comprehensive assessment of a single-story, approximately 12,000 square foot clinic facility located in Puerto Rico.
