Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 12.102(A) soliciting from a single source. The existing CT in the Radiation Oncology (RadOnc) Dept., located in the basement of the DVAMC, is a Philips Big Bore that was purchased and installed in 2019 and is still under warranty.
