About this opportunity
The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Pennsylvania intends to solicit and award a contract with only one source in accordance with RFO FAR 12.102(a) to SAM Logistics and Supplies Inc. This is a firm-fixed price purchase order for the rental of four (4) each, 53 Foot Refrigerated Hybrid Trailers. The anticipated rental period is from May 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026. This contract action will be awarded following the issuance of written solicitation with an anticipated award date of April 13, 2026. The Government intends to award a three (3) month contract with the option to extend up to six (6) months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services.
