The basis of award for this BPA is lowest price. Future calls will be completed amongst this BPA. It will be awarded to one contractor and will be awarded the lowest offer. Please review the scope of work, specifications, and provide a quote for the requested items. Offerors are instructed to provide quote pricing inclusive of any applicable discounts. The offeror must complete the Price Breakout Schedule contained herein. The successful offeror will be determined the lowest price evaluated priced (base and all options).
