This is a Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notice. The final solicitation package will follow. This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, has a requirement for the replacement of a boiler at Red Rock Lakes at 27505 S Valley Road, Lima MT 59739. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on a best value lowest price technically acceptable evaluation.
