NORTH DAKOTA PCB REFURBISHMENT. Special Notice: It is the Western Area Power Administration's (WAPA's) intent to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Bennett-Alvarado, Inc. for PCB refurbishment. Refurbishment work/modifications will be performed at the MEPPI factory in Warrendale, PA No solicitation will be posted. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency.
