This notice is for an upcoming requirement the Department of Veteran Affairs has for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN1). The Services to be provided are: Primary Reference Laboratory Testing Services, Courier Services and phlobotomy Services for multiple VISN 1 Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCS).
