This is a notice of intent to issue a Limited Source Justification/sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for confidential Licensed agreement of O-Rings Gasket Rubber Seals that are used for Hawk Missile at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP). Only one authorized supplier, Jonal Laboratories Incorporated, currently owns the proprietary drawings and specifications of these Gasket Seals and has the material and technical ability to ensure the uniform compatibility and performance to match existing integrated equipment and systems already in place.
