The Department of the Interior, Interior Region 10 � California Great Basin is issuing this source sought announcement as a means of conducting market research to identify business capable of completing a planning study, and all associated documents, to analyze project alternatives to support an Extraordinary Maintenance (XM) Planning report for the rehabilitation of Stampede Power Plant. The planning study must comply with Reclamation Policy; Directives and Standards; and the Principles, Requirements and Guidelines, listed in Section 2.0.
