About this opportunity
Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc to provide a full-service maintenance and emergency contract of the Canon CT and Vitrea software at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, WI. A Class Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Acquisition and Logistics National Acquisition Center limits performance of service agreements for previously acquired and installed Philips Radiology and Imaging Systems to the OEM, Philips.
