DLA Weapons Support Richmond intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price solicitation to procure one STUDER S41-1600 CNC CYLINDRICAL GRINDING MACHINE with turnkey services. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a firm-fixed price, sole source basis to: United Grinding, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 � (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. FOB will be at Destination with preliminary inspection at Origin, final inspection and acceptance at Destination.
