About this opportunity
DLA Weapons Support Richmond intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price solicitation to procure one PUMA VTR1620M with turnkey services. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a firm-fixed price, sole source basis to: American Machines , under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 � (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. FOB will be at Destination with preliminary inspection at Origin, final inspection and acceptance at Destination. The solicitation is intended to be unrestricted in business size, other than full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures.
