In accordance with FAR 6.302.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Pacific IC Source, 35078 Vickey Way, Yucaipa CA 82399. This requirement is sole sourced to Pacific IC Source, as they can deliver the engineer specified approved vinyl pyrrolidone in required qty.460/LBS DRUM meeting the time sensitive project schedule. This is NOT a request for quotes. However, any firms believing that they can provide, may submit a written response no later than the closing of this notice.
