Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The Air Force intends to negotiate and award a non-competitive contract to JOHNSON CONTROLS, INC. in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(b)(7), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
