Agency: Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) and U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM) Location: Specific location TBD. Huntsville, Alabama local commuting area. USSPACECOM requires a new, permanent warfighting HQ C2F on Redstone Arsenal to support its critical national security mission. A clean, 64-acre site on the installation has been designated for the USSPACECOM C2F. The operational HQ facility is expected to accommodate approximately 1800 personnel. Key facility components will include a Visitor Control Center, vehicle inspection area, and secure data center. The estimated total square footage (SF) for these primary facilities is 700,000 SF.
