This amendment answers the following Vendor question: Do the contract documents provided by the VA take care of the red requirements form Phillips as long as installation is per bid documents?� In other words, is this GC s responsibility though it says Customers A&E shall provide? Response: The contract documents, as issued and stamped by the Engineer of Record, satisfies the Philips design requirement, provided installation is performed in accordance with the bid documents. This requirement is not a GC design responsibility, but falls under the A/E (EOR) scope, which has already been addressed through the signed and sealed drawings. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
