Statement of Work (SOW) Upgrade the Overhead Paging System in the Surgery Suite 1. Background The goal of this project is to upgrade the overhead paging system in the Surgery suite by replacing 35 old speakers with new ones that are strictly contained within the Operating Rooms (OR). This enhancement aims to improve patient confidentiality, communication efficiency, and prevent unwanted noise in other areas of the 2nd floor. The project includes system installation, staff training, and thorough testing to confirm effective internal communication and compliance with standards.
