This is a synopsis for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 5.204 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Amendment 001 is posted to add Draft Statement of Work (SOW) as an attachment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for DT-574 First Article (if not waived) and Production Hydrophones using a build-to-performance specification approach that meets the performance requirements of the Critical Item Performance Specification (CIPS). Award of a single, firm-fixed-price (FFP) five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract is anticipated.
