About this opportunity
The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Delivery Order on the Basic Order Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0001 with The Boeing Company (TBC), using the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will result in the procurement of Advanced Networking Infrastructure (ANI) Kits for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) AF/A-18F and AEA-18F Aircraft. As the developer of the A-Kits, only TBC has the experience, special skills, facilities, manufacturing techniques, and the necessary technical data required to furnish the supplies and services anticipated.
