The U.S. Embassy in Antananarivo requires services to maintain Trane Rotary screw air cooled chillers in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The contract type is a firm fixed price contract for routine maintenance services paid at a monthly rate. These rates include all costs associated with providing Trane chillers maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer�s warranty including materials, labor, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead and profit. The contract will be for a one-year period, with three one-year optional periods of performance.
