The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP)N0016726R3101 for Engineering Services for Acoustic Signature Trials Support. This requirement is a Level of Effort (LOE), non-performance based task order (TO) under the SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). Only current SeaPort NxG MAC holders are eligible to submit proposals. Offerors not holding a valid SeaPort NxG MAC will not be considered for award. Proposals shall be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module by the solicitation closing date of April 24, 2026 as shown on the cover page of this solicitation. This update is to post Amendment 0001 along with questions and answers, an updated SOW, and wage determinations.
