DESCRIPTION This notice serves to notify interested parties that the Government intends to issue a solicitation for the supply of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) fenders. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, requires a contract for the supply and delivery of HDPE fenders to support maintenance operations at locks along the Illinois Waterway. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to manufacture and deliver the required fenders.
