The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to Covidien Sales, 15 Hampshire St., Mansfield, MA 02048 for the Salisbury VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Ave., Salisbury, NC 28144 for service to the Illumisite Navigation System in the facility. Covidien proposes to review operating system software diagnostics to ensure that the system is operating in accordance with Conformance Standards or the manufacturer's specifications.
