About this opportunity
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the James A. Haley VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole-source award with **L1 Enterprises**, located at 618 W Patrick St., Frederick, MD 21701. L1 Enterprises is the sole SDVOSB provider authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer to supply and support the maintenance and firmware software updates of the ScrubEx cleaning system currently utilized at the facility. Due to the nature of this system, no other vendor is qualified to provide or install compatible replacement components or perform associated repairs without compromising the integrity, certification, and warranty of the system.
